Part of the Ready to Work uniform that residents are issued upon acceptance into the Ready to Work program in Boulder. Uniforms generally consist of:
- 1 hoodie
- 1 jacket
- 2 pair of pants
- 2 shirts
- 1 pair of boots
- 1 hat
Gloves are provided by crew supervisors as well as the on-site Ready to Work management. All tools are provided to the crews by their field supervisors. Tools and gear differ between work assignment and locations.
